This Platinum Series Convection Oven is a half-size gas (Natural Gas) double deck with standard cavity depth and 60,000 BTU of power, with standard controls and dependent doors. This series features a stainless steel exterior. Standard depth ovens accommodate one full-size (18" x 26") sheet pan per oven rack from left to right in the oven.
